Summer Contest
Here at drgracesbraces, we believe in giving back to the community.
For the remainder of the summer, we are holding this contest with a prize of $500 in cash.
To enter the contest, eligible patients simply need to fill out the below Contest Form.
The contest draw will take place on August 31st, 2026, with the winner announced on our Instagram page on September 1st. The winner will be contacted by email on September 1st.
Contest Rules
To be eligble for the contest, there are a few requirements:
- Contest applicant must be a patient of our office (or the parent / guardian of a patient at our practice). This includes any patient currently in treatment, or who has seen us at least once for a consultation in the last 24 months.
- One entry per patient.
