Lisa

Dental Assistant

Lisa is our youngest team member and is adored by our patients for her kindness an sense of humor. She attended SAERC Education Center in Port Hawkesbury, graduating in 2002. Then attended St. F.X. and completed 2 years of the Human Nutrition Program before transferring to the Nova Scotia Community College in Halifax and completing the Dental Assisting Program in June 2007. Lisa thoroughly enjoys the interaction between patients and the satisfaction of making them Smile! In her spare time she enjoys playing sports and time with her family and friends.

Tracy

Treatment Coordinator

Tracy joined our office in October 2005 and has been a great catalyst for improvement and change. She came to us from Moncton where she practiced Dental Assisting for more than 20 years in several Orthodontic practices. Remarkably well-organized and very knowledgeable in the field of Orthodontics, Tracy was the perfect fit for the position of Treatment Coordinator in our practice. Tracy has a key role working with Doctor to help new patients navigate through the process of getting their braces! When she is not busy working, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, and baking delicious goodies for our staff

 

Jeanette

Office Administrator

Jeanette enjoys bringing her sense of humor to our busy practice. She graduated from the Cape Breton Business College in 1984 and has worked in the Dental field ever since. She loves working with people of all ages, and especially enjoys being part of a team whose main goal is to make people smile! When she is not busy with her three active children at a hockey rink, Tae Kwon Do practice, or at a baseball field, you can find Jeanette at home playing her guitar or working with her fabric art.

Janet

Receptionist

Janet is one of the newest members of our team. Originally from Newfoundland, she comes to us with over 10 years of customer service experience. She thoroughly enjoys working with people and is a dedicated team player. In her spare time Janet enjoys the company of her new cat, catching a movie at the theatre and spending time with her family and friends.

 

Stephanie

Dental Hygienist

Stephanie, a Cape Bretoner, is the newest addition to Dr. Richardson's orthodontic team. Before graduating from the Dalhousie Dental Hygiene program in 2002, she achieved a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Dalhousie University. Stephanie has spent the last 8 years working in general dentistry, where she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience delivering optimal dental care to her patients.  She is very excited about her new career at Richardson Orthodontics, and her friendly smile and caring demeanour will make all welcome.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, shopping and exercising
